Easy vanilla easter cupcakes

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a muffin pan.
  2. Mix the premix together according to the box instructions.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minute until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. For the icing combine the food colouring and the icing.
  5. Pipe the icing onto the cupcakes and decorate with some vegan speckled eggs or chocolate pebbles.
