          "Markdown": "### Ingredients: \r\n* 2 tins of cooked lentils rinsed and patted dry. \r\n* 1 & 1/4 cup [Orgran Crispi Rice Breadcrumbs](https://shop.livingnaturally.co.za/all-2/brands/orgran/orgran-crispi-rice-breadcrumbs-300g.html) \r\n* Salt and pepper to taste \r\n* 1 teaspoon garlic powder or garlic salt (optional)\r\n* Pinch of paprika \r\n* 1 teaspoon smoked paprika \r\n* 1 teaspoon of ground parsley \r\n* 1/4 cup of finely chopped coriander or 1 tablespoon of ground coriander\r\n* Olive oil \r\n \r\n### Directions:\r\n* Drain your lentils and rinse well.\r\n* Pat the lentils dry and slightly mash using the back of a fork or potato masher.\r\n* Add in all the remaining ingredients except for the olive oil for frying.\r\n* Once you have mixed your ingredients, form your burger patties using about 1/2 a cup of the patty mixture. Lentil burgers

Cooking Time: 25-30 minutes Serves: 6

Ingredients:

  • 2 tins of cooked lentils rinsed and patted dry.
  • 1 & 1/4 cup Orgran Crispi Rice Breadcrumbs
